JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD the parties.

(2.) THIS application was filed for initiation of contempt proceedings for willful violation of judgment and order dated 5.9.1997 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 2866 of 1993(R) whereby, the respondent no. 2 was directed to consider the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate order but the same was not done.

(3.) LEARNED counsel for the petitioner submits that against the said order dated 13.12.1997, passed by the authority corned a separate writ petition has been filed which is still pending before this Court.
