JUDGEMENT

(1.) The grievance of the writ petitioner is that he has been given less amount of GPF.

(2.) IT has been submitted that the total amount payable to the petitioner is Rs. 55,000/ -, but only Rs. 11,487/ - has been paid. However, before filing this writ petition the petitioner has not approached the District Provident Fund Officer.

(3.) IF any amount(s) is/are found payable to the petitioner, the same shall be paid to him within a period of six weeks thereafter with statutory interest.
