JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner for seeking permission to direct the Respondent No.3 to expedite the disposal of the case of R.E. No.40/06-07, pending before the Respondent No.3 since November, 2006.

(2.) In substance, it is stated that the said case is pending since long before respondent No.3 and the matter has not been disposed of by the S.D.O. Deoghar.

(3.) I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. On perusal of Annexure-4, reveled that the Presiding Officer has adjourned the case in one or the other pretext; the matter is pending since long.
