JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Mr. Rajesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Nitesh Sahay, learned counsel for the Respondent C.M.P.F. and Mr. Kaushal Agrawal, J.C. to Mr. Ananda Sen, learned counsel for the C.C.L.

(2.) THE petitioner, in this writ application has prayed for a direction to the Respondents to forthwith make payment of the C.M.P.F. amount together with statutory interest upto date to the petitioner, who is widow of the deceased -employee, late Ramlal Lohar, who was under the employment of the Respondent -C.C.L. and had retired on 30.09.2007.

(3.) THE petitioner's request, having not been conceded to, she has filed the instant writ application.
