JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD .

(2.) THE petitioner has prayed for quashing the order dated 7.12.2005 passed by learned Executive Magistrate, Chaibasa in M. Case No. 10 of 1988 and order dated 23.5.2007 passed by learned 2nd Additional District and Sessions Judge, Chaibasa in Cr. Revision No. 09/2006.

(3.) ON that complain of putting impediment by the opposite parties a proceeding under Section 147 Cr.P.C. was initiated by parties. Report was called for from the Police Station. Parties appeared and filed their written statement. Enquiry was made and both the parties adduced evidences.
