JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition has been filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India for seeking direction to the respondent authority to pay to the petitioner his arrears salary for the period from 17.5.06 with interest, except for the month of November, 2007 which has been paid to him and to continue to pay the current salary in accordance with law and also to sanction leave from 22.1.2006 to 16.5.2006 for which period, the petitioner was absent due to serious illness of his wife.

(2.) The petitioner had been working as a Clerk in the Government High School Kharswan. The petitioner had made representation, annexure-5 to the writ petition, inspite of that, the amount has not been paid to the petitioner and his grievances has not been redressed.

(3.) It would be just and proper without going into the merit of this case to direct the petitioner to make a representation giving the details of his grievances to the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 within a period of one month from today and the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are also directed to dispose of his representation expeditiously, preferably within four months from the date of presentation of the copy of this order.
