JUDGEMENT

(1.) By means of this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-

(2.) The petitioner has already moved a representation on 26.04.2007, Annexure-IV to the writ petition, but that representation is still pending before the respondent no. 2.

(3.) It would be just and proper to direct the respondents to decide the representation of the husband of the deceased officer expeditiously, by a speaking order preferably within a period of five months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order.
