JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE present writ petition has been preferred for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ for quashing the award dated 6.2.2003 passed by Central Government, Industrial Tribunal No.1 at Dhanbad.
