JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner has sought the following relief(s):

In substance, the petitioner is seeking the arrears of salary due towards the respondents which is accrued due to grant of Super Selection Grade to the petitioner with effect from 1.4.1993 and he has superannuated on 21.1.1999 and thereafter he has not been given the retiral benefits. The petitioner has made several representations (annexure-3 to the writ petition) before the concerned respondents to redress his grievances as stated in the petition. It is not disputed that the said representation is pending before the Respondent No.3.

It would be just and proper to directed the petitioner to file a fresh representation before Respondent No.3 along with a copy of the order of this court within a period of one month and respondent No.3 will dispose of the representation of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date of the presentation of the representation before him.
