JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner has filed this application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for direction(s) upon the respondents authority for the following relief(s);

(2.) In substance, the petitioner is seeking the post-retiral benefits, which have not been paid to the petitioner, though the petitioner was superannuated on 30.09.2007. The petitioner has sent a registered post letter to the respondents for payment of retirement benefits, but due to some or other reasons, the same could not be paid by the respondents.

(3.) It would be just and proper to direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation along with his grievances before the respondent Nos. 2 and 4 within one months from today and the respondents will dispose of the said representation by speaking order, expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of representation.
