JUDGEMENT

(1.) This I.A. has been filed for deleting respondent no.2-Dela Toppo, saying that he died issueless on 18.7.1999. Heard.

(2.) In the circumstances, the name of respondent no. 2 is deleted. I.A. No. 2301 of 2009 stands disposed of.

(3.) Mr. Kundan Kumar Ambastha, appearing for the appellants and Mr. Abhay Kumar Mishra, appearing for respondent no. 1, submitted that the parties have filed this joint compromise petition. It is further submitted that affidavits have been sworn by the parties in support of the joint compromise petition.
