JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD the parties finally.

(2.) THIS Civil Revision Application under section 14(8) of the Bihar Buildings ( Lease Rent and Eviction) Control Act has been filed against the judgment and decree dated 16.1.2009, passed by learned Munsif, Chaibasa, Singhbhum West in Eviction Suit No. 10 of 2006 decreeing the suit filed on behalf of the plaintiffs -opposite parties for eviction of the defendant -petitioner on the ground of personal requirement.

(3.) ON the other hand, Mr. Dey supported the judgment of the trial court and submitted that it was not necessary for Anand Sharma, to sit idle at Chaibasa, for proving the case of his requirement.
