JUDGEMENT

(1.) 1.The present writ petition has been preferred mainly for the reason that the respondents have put the present petitioner under suspension and issued chargesheet on 7th March, 2008. Petitioner was working as a Principal of a College and for certain misconducts, charge -sheet was issued and he was suspended and, therefore, against the suspension order as well as against show -cause notices, the present petition has been preferred. 2. Having heard learned counsel for both sides and looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, it appears: -
