RAJESHWAR PRASAD VERMA Vs. THE STATE OF JHARKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) I .A. No. 3575 of 2009 Learned counsel for the petitioner, submits at the outset that the original petitioner, namely, Rajeshwar Prasad Verma had died on 19th of November, 2009 and the names of his surviving wife and two sons, need to be substituted in place of the deceased petitioner.

(2.) THE prayer in this for text, has been made on behalf of the petitioner, vide I.A. No. 3575 of 2009.

(3.) IN the light of the submission, the prayer for substitution is allowed. Let the name of the original petitioner, Rajeshwar Prasad Verma, be deleted from the cause title and in his place, names of his surviving legal representatives mentioned in para - 1 of the Interlocutory Application be substituted.
