(1.) THE instant review application has been filed by the petitioner for a modification in the order dated 26.05.2009 passed by this Court in W.P.(S) No. 5734 of 2008.

(2.) HEARD counsel for the petitioner and counsel for the respondents.

(3.) FROM the perusal of paragraph 10 of the rejoinder to the counter affidavit it does appear that with reference to Annexure -H to the counter affidavit of the respondents, the petitioner has stated the following : -
