JUDGEMENT

(1.) The grievance of the petitioners, in this writ application, is that the full salary for the period for which, they had worked under the Chotanagpur Regional Handloom Weavers' Co-operative Union Ltd., Irba, Ranchi, has not been paid to them.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioners informs that the petitioners have been paid only 70 per cent of their salary and the remaining 30 per cent has been denied and not paid to them inspite of repeated representations made by them.

(3.) Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Respondents, denying and disputing the petitioner's claim.
