JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition under article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner seeking issuance of a direction to the respondents to make payment of his salary for the period from 16.5.2007 and from 1.6.2007 to 5.7.2007 and leave salary from 6.7. 2007 to 6.1.2008 together with interest at the rate of 18 percent . The petitioner has further prayed that the Accrued Career Progression (ACP) due may be given to him in accordance with law.

(2.) Respondent 3 to 5 have filed counter affidavit in which in paragraphs 6 and 7, it is stated as under :

(3.) According to the counter affidavit, first grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. So far second grievance is concerned, it is in the process.
