JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents.

(2.) This writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner seeking issuance of a direction to the respondents to make payment of the admitted dues of Rs. 37,200/- along with interest at the rate of 18% from the amount is payable to the petitioner on account of the supply of 248 pieces of mosquito nets to the residential High School , Mandu In substance, the petitioner is seeking the relief to make him payment of the admitted dues by the respondents. The petitioner is said to have made representation to the respondents on 18.1.2008 but according to the petitioner, the said representation is still pending before the competent authority who has not yet decided the said representation and is not paying the amount due for payment to the petitioner.

(3.) The concerned authority of the respondents who is in seisin of the matter is therefore directed to decide the said representation/claim of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
