JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS appeal is directed against the judgment dated 7.8.1992, passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge Camp at Saraikella in Sessions Trial No. 203 of 1989, convicting the appellant under Section 302 IPC and sentencing him to imprisonment for life.
