JAY TARA COILS AND CORES Vs. ADITYAPUR INDUSTRIAL AREA DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, ADITYAPUR, JAMSHEDPUR AND OTHERS

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the parties.

(2.) The petitioner has moved this Court earlier in W.P.(C) No. 3691 of 2001 challenging the notice dated 30.07.2001 issued by the General Manager, Adityapur Industrial Area Development Authority whereby the petitioner was asked to show-cause as to why the allotment of land made in his favour be not cancelled and the amount deposited by him be not forfeited. The said writ petition was disposed of on 14.08.2001 by order as contained in Annexure-10 by directing the petitioner to file objection to the said notice within 15 days and on filing of such objection, the General Manager, Adityapur Industrial Area Development Authority, Jamshedpur was directed to determine the issue by a reasoned order on an early date and the authorities were directed not to take any coercive action till the matter is finally decided.

(3.) It is pursuant to said order of the High Court, the petitioner by letter dated 23.08.2001 as contained in Annexure-11 filed his objection/explanation to such notice by way of showcause.
