(1.) THE present petition has been preferred mainly for the reason that the petitioner has not received the Coal Mines Provident Fund amount, despite he has retired in 1993.
(2.) HAVING heard learned Counsel for both the sides and looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, it appears that:

THE petitioner shall reply the queries, which will be raised by respondent No. 1, so that his case may be considered by respondent No. 1 for payment of Coal Mines Provident Fund amount and if respondent No. 1 is satisfied about all the queries, then immediately the case of the petitioner will be referred to respondent No. 5 for payment of Coal Mines Provident Fund amount and if respondent No. 1 is not satisfied about the claim of the petitioner for payment of Coal Mines Provident Fund amount, it will intimate the petitioner about its decision and upon receipt of such communication, liberty is reserved with the petitioner to challenge the same before appropriate forum.
