(1.) Nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner. However, heard the junior counsel to Mr. Deepak Roshan, the counsel for C.M.P.F. and Mr. Ananda Sen, learned counsel for the C.C.L.
(2.) By filing a supplementary show cause it has been stated on behalf of O.P. No.7, i.e. C.M.P.F. that after receipt of the family pension claim application from the employer C.C.L., the family pension claim of the petitioner has been finalized on 24/08/2009 @ Rs. 567/- p.m. and the arrears of pension totaling to a sum of Rs. 58,639/- for the period commencing from 19/12/2000 alongwith ex-gratia payment of Rs. 5000/- has also been released to be credited in the saving bank accounts of the petitioner.
(3.) In view of this statements made on oath, it appears that the order of this Court has already been complied with. Therefore, there is no reason in continuing to the present contempt proceeding.
