JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD counsel for the parties.

(2.) BEFORE proceeding to consider the submissions on the writ petition, a correction needs to be made in the order dated 3.8.2009.

(3.) THE petitioner was employed under the respondent in the confidential section of the Police Department on the post of Confidential ˜Prawachak'. On certain allegations of misconduct, by the impugned order dated 16.8.2005 he was put under suspension. Being aggrieved by the order of suspension, he filed the present writ petition for quashing the order. Subsequently, the petitioner was informed about initiation of the departmental proceedings against him. The petitioner has expressed his grievance against the initiation of the departmental proceedings.
