JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the Respondent -State as also the learned counsel for the Respondent -J.P.S.C.

(2.) THE grievance of the petitioners in this case is that the claim for appointment of the petitioners to the post of the Primary Trained Teachers, has been rejected by the Respondent No. 5, despite the order passed by this Court in the earlier writ application filed by the petitioners i.e. W.P. (S) No. 2423 of 2004.

(3.) AS admitted by the petitioners themselves, the Caste Certificate on the basis of which they have claimed their appointment, has been issued to them by the concerned authorities in the State of Bihar, and not by the concerned authorities of the State of Jharkhand.
