JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner for seeking a direction to the respondents to grant two promotions to the petitioner in pursuance to the scheme of Assured Career Progression on completition of 12 and 24 years with all consequential benefits and to pay the arrears of the difference of the said revised pay scale and to pay and fix the final pension on the revised pay scale immediately along with interest @ 18% per annum. The petitioner further prayed to pay the Traveling allowances to him which has not been paid in spite of submission of T.A. Bills to the respondents.

(2.) In substance, the petitioner "â„¢s grievance is that he has not been granted two A.C.Ps. The T.A. bills which was submitted by him, has not been cleared by the respondents and his revised pension is to be fixed after the release of both the A.C.Ps. The petitioner has retired on 30.6.2007 from the post of Assistant from the Provident Fund Office, Sahibganj. When the said A.C.Ps were not granted to him and the amount of the Travelling Allowances has not been paid, he has preferred this petition.

(3.) The petitioner as allege in his writ petition that he has submitted several representations before the respondents, but nothing was paid to him. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that if the respondents be directed to dispose of his representation, the matter can be expedited and the petitioner would get, as stated above, from the respondents.
