JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner for seeking the relief to direct the respondents to revise and fix the pension of the petitioner in scale of Rs.1320 to 2040/- and pay the consequential monetary benefits from the date of grant of senior selection grade and also to dispose of the representation. He further prayed to direct the respondents to pay the G.P.F. amount to the petitioner with statutory interest.

(2.) In paragraph 11 and 12 to the counter affidavit, which reads as under:

(3.) In view of the above, the petitioner's grievance has been redressed and the petitioner has no more grievances in view of the statement made in the counter affidavit.
