JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS appeal under Clause 10 of the Letters Patent is directed against the judgment dated 06.2.2007 passed in W.P. (S) No.3836 of 2003 whereby learned Single Judge refused to grant any relief and disposed of the writ petition with a direction to the respondents to follow the guidelines laid down by the Supreme Court in the case of Secretary, State of Karnataka and Others Vs. Umadevi (3) and others [(2006) 4 S.C.C. page 1).

(2.) THE petitioner -appellant filed the aforementioned writ petition seeking issuance of appropriate writ for quashing the order dated 14.8.2002 passed by Secretary, Health and Family Welfare Department, Jharkhand, Ranchi, whereby the appointment of the appellant along with others have been held to be illegal and as a result of which, they have been removed from the services.
