THIS appeal under Clause 10 of the Letters Patent is directed against the judgment dated 18th June, 2003 passed in CWJC No. 3630/97(R), whereby the learned Single Judge allowed the writ petition and set aside that portion of the award passed by the Labour Court, Ranchi in Reference Case No. 11/87, whereby while directing reinstatement, claim for back wages was refused.
