RAGHU MUKHI @ RADHU MUKHI Vs. STATE OF JHARKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) BY Court.- This appeal has been preferred against the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 1.5.2001 passed by the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Seraikella in Sessions Trial No. 274 of 1996 whereby appellant has been convicted under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to undergo life imprisonment.

(2.) THE prosecution was launched on the basis of the fardbeyan of Jogai Mukhi (P.W.7), the husband of the deceased Kamali Mukhi.

(3.) ON the said fardbeyan, the police registered a case under Section 302 I.P.C against the appellant.
