(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) The petitioner is an accused for the offence punishable under sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3.) This is a case of house dacoity. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Thereafter, the petitioner was arrested and it is alleged that from the possession of the petitioner two pair of silver Payal was recovered.
