JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

(2.) Petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer for a direction to the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in services of Angan Bari Sahayika with full back wages. Further prayer has been made for quashing the letter dated 13.04.2016 and 25.04.2016 (Annexure-4 and 4/1) issued by respondent Nos. 6 and 7.
