JUDGEMENT

(1.) By way of I.A. No. 929 of 2013, learned counsel for the appellants prays for time to deposit the court fees.

(2.) Since, the court fees have already been deposited, I.A. No. 929 of 2013 has become infructuous. Accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous.
