DEEPAK KUMAR RAWANI Vs. STATE OF JHARKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition has been preferred with a prayer to quash the final result published for the post of Trained Graduate Teacher examination of which was conducted by Jharkhand Academic Council.

(2.) According to the petitioners, they are eligible candidates as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the advertisement annexed at Annexure-1 and as such being an applicants they have been found to be eligible and thereafter they have been allowed to participate in the selection process but their cases have not been considered, hence this writ petition has been filed.

(3.) The petitioners only could be able to know the reason for nonpublication of the result by the counter affidavit wherein the stand has been taken by the Jharkhand Academic Council that the petitioners are not fulfilling the criteria of eligibility as stipulated in the advertisement dtd. 11/10/2011 as contained under condition no. Ga (ii) because the result has been published before publication of the result of the examination in terms of the advertisement under Annexure-I.
