JUDGEMENT

(1.) It appears that under order dated 11.07.2017, appellant no. 2 namely, Harendar Rajak was admitted on bail during pendency of this appeal and the prayer for bail of the appellant no. 1 namely, Kewal Nath Rajak was rejected.

(2.) Thereafter, appellant no. 1 has filed a fresh I.A. No. 6105 of 2018 under Section 389(1) of the Cr.P.C. for suspending of sentence of the appellant no. 1 and admitting him on bail during pendency of the appeal.

(3.) It appears that under order dated 20.07.2018, social investigation report of the appellant no. 1 namely, Kewal Nath Rajak was called for from the Probation Officer, Chatra.
