JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. K.M. Joseph, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner assisted by Mr. Chandrajit Mukherjee, Advocate.

(2.) Heard Ms. Kanchan Kumari, counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-state and Mr. Bal Krishna Mishra, counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 4.

(3.) At the outset, counsel for the respondent submits that the writ petition is not maintainable in view of the provisions of appeal against the impugned order under Section 15 of the Jharkhand Educational Tribunal, Act 2005.
