JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr. Mukesh Kumar Sinha, the learned counsel for the respondents states that order dated 02.01.2018 has been complied, and cost of Rs.10,000/- has been deposited with Jharkhand State Legal Services Authority on 01.02.2018.

(2.) Photocopy of the deposit is taken on record.

(3.) Seeking a direction upon the respondents to pay 5% interest on delayed payment of postretiral benefits to the petitioner as directed by this Court vide W.P.(S) No.4313 of 2002, the petitioner, who superannuated from service on 31.01.2000, has again approached this Court.
