JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner, defendant in Eviction Suit No. 18 of 2010, is aggrieved of order dated 10.08.2011 by which application under Sec. 15 of Bihar Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1982 has been allowed and he has been directed to deposit rent for 36 months preceding institution of the eviction suit.
