JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard counsel for the petitioner.

(2.) The present criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed for modification of order dated 26.02.2018 passed in A.B.A. No. 540 of 2018 to the extent that some more time may be granted for surrender before the court below.

(3.) For the reasons stated in the present petition, time is extended for further two weeks from today.
