JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioners are aggrieved of order dated 11.04.2011 passed in Title Suit No. 30 of 2009 by which the application for amendment in the plaint has been rejected. The learned counsel for the petitioners is not present.

(2.) After this writ petition was listed for hearing on 05.08.2011, no step for further hearing was taken by the petitioners; no application for early hearing of the writ petition was filed by the petitioners.

(3.) About 7 years after the application for amendment in the plaint was declined, trial in Title Suit No. 30 of 2009 must have progressed substantially.
