JUDGEMENT

(1.) Nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner.

(2.) Counsel for the respondent submits that the matter relates to payment of rent and issuance of rent receipt which can be done only in accordance with law. He submits that if the petitioner approaches the respondent no. 4 alongwith the representation narrating his grievance, the same can be looked into by the Circle Officer.

(3.) From the record of the writ petition, it does not appear that any such representation was ever filed before the Circle Officer.
