JUDGEMENT

(1.) The instant interlocutory application has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condoning the delay of 9 days in preferring the present appeal.

(2.) Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to such prayer.

(3.) Having regard to the reasons stated in the instant interlocutory application, I. A. No. 1732 of 2016 is allowed and delay in preferring the appeal is hereby condoned.
