(1.) As all these four appeals arise out of same impugned Judgment, they have been heard together, and are being disposed of by this common Judgment.
(2.) Heard learned counsels for the appellants and learned counsel for the State in all these appeals.
(3.) All the appellants are aggrieved by the impugned Judgment of conviction dated 14.11.2006, and Order of sentence dated 23.11.2006, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C. No.-1, Giridih, in S.T. No. 108 of 2006, whereby, the appellants have been found guilty and convicted for the offence under sections 364-A / 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Upon hearing on the point of sentence, all the appellants have been sentenced to undergo R.I. for life for the said offence.
