JUDGEMENT

(1.) Defects must be removed in course of the day.

(2.) This writ petition has been preferred challenging the order at Annexure 13 and Annexure 14 passed by the respondents-authorities dated 7th March, 2018 and 8th March, 2018 respectively, whereby, even without waiting for the period of twenty days allowing this petitioner to prefer an appeal, such orders have been passed. This is the major contention canvassed by the Senior Advocate Sri J.K. Khetan, assisted by Mr. Sumeet Gadodia, Advocate, on behalf of the petitioner.
