JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioners, who are defendants, filed an application under Section 10 of the Code of Civil Procedure praying for stay of Title (E) Suit No. 30 of 2006 till the disposal of Title Suit No. 27 of 2004 filed by the petitioners.

(2.) I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent and perused the impugned order.

(3.) FOR the aforesaid directions and observations, this application is disposed of.
