JUDGEMENT

(1.) TODAY , the learned Advocate General has filed 5th report in pursuance of the direction given by this Court on 3.4.2008.

(2.) IN some of the districts, Bal Lok Adalat has been held. The Deputy Commissioner, Hazaribagh, has reported that various directions given by this Court in regard to medical examination, filling up the 4th grade posts from district panel, maintenance of register and installing lightning arrestors have been complied with. It is also stated that vocational training -cum -production centre has been established, so that the inmates are gainfully employed and a music teacher has also been selected for deputation. Cricket, Volley Ball, Bad Min -ton, Carom, Ludo and Chess facilities are provided to the inmates. TV set has been installed in the Home.

(3.) THE learned Advocate General submitted that to complete the process, at least 3 to 6 months are required. However, we make it clear that the entire process must be completed within four months without seeking for further extension of time.
