JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD the learned Counsels appearing for the parties.

(2.) THIS application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is directed against the order dated 25.9.2007 passed by the District judge, East Singhbhum at Jamshedpur in Title (Partition) Appeal No. 3 of 2007 whereby the appeal preferred by the petitioner -appellant against the final decree passed in Title (Partition) Suit No. 47 of 1984 has been dismissed as not maintainable.
