(1.) THE petitioner is accused for the offence under Sections 342, 323, 307, 494, 498 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
(2.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
(3.) IT is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely because he happens to be the husband of the informant. It is further submitted that even according to the allegations in the F. I. R. , no offence under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code is made out yet he has suffered detention in custody since 01. 08. 2008.
