JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the parties finally.

(2.) THE petitioner has challenged the order dated 16.1.2007 (Annexure 5) by which he has been compulsorily retired from service under the purported powers under Section 14(3) of the Jharkhand Cooperative Societies Act (for short 'the Act').

(3.) IN the circumstances, the order dated 16.1.2007 (Annexure 5) is set aside with liberty to the respondents concerned to act in accordance with law.
