JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD the parties.

(2.) THIS writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondents to grant second time bound promotion to the petitioner w.e.f. 10.12.1991 and then to forward all the requisite documents to the Accountant General for final fixation of pension of the petitioner, as the respondent -State of Jharkhand has not taken any decision in the matter of grant of second time bound promotion to the petitioner and even the relevant papers for fixation of pension have not been forwarded to the Accountant General.

(3.) IN this respect, it was further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already filed his representation (Annexure -4) before the Director, Statistics and Evaluation Directorate, Government of Jharkhand, Ranchi (respondent no. 4), but no decision has been taken as yet.
