JUDGEMENT

(1.) IN this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for quashing of letter No. 394 dated 9.4.2008 by which the petitioner has been directed to give the charge of Anganbari Centre, Kurpaniya to the Sahayikai Sevika of the nearest Anganbari Centre for proper functioning of the Centre.

(2.) IT has been stated that an enquiry was allegedly made, but enquiry report has never been served to the petitioner. She has been deprived of her right of discharging the duties of an Anganbari Sevika without assigning any cogent reason to her. The petitioner made representation before the Deputy Commissioner, Bokaro long ago, but till date no order has been passed. The respondents had also not given honorarium which she is entitled to get and the amount of foodgrains, made available to the Centre, has also not been released to her.

(3.) CONSIDERING the said submissions, this writ petition is disposed of directing the Deputy Commissioner, Bokaro to consider the petitioner's representation pending before him and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a
